CANCELLATIONS : If you no call no show, you are forfeiting your deposit and I will not schedule with you again unless your next session is paid in full when booking. Please be mindful that when I block off a time spot for you, I am holding that spot for only you. Therefore, I am not able to schedule someone else.

RESCHEDULING : I understand that life happens. People get sick, and things go wrong. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please try to give us 72 hours notice. If you happen to fall ill the day of your session, please reschedule. I work every day with all age groups and cannot risk passing on anything to our beloved clients. Your photos will look better if you are feeling well rested and at your best! This is Houston, you never know how the weather will be! Do keep in mind I do not shoot in rain as I do not want to risk water exposure to my equipment. If your reschedule is approved, your deposit will carry over onto your new date.

TARDINESS : Please plan enough time to get to your session. Whether that be getting the kids ready or navigating through rush hour traffic. If you are running late, please let me know. I respect every single client's time and put an incredible amount of effort into scheduling and planning a session, so please respect mine.  If you are more than 15 mins late to a regular session you will be assessed a $25 late fee. If you have a 60 minute session scheduled and you are 20 minutes late, you will then have a 40 minute session, etc. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will forfeit your deposit and travel fees if applicable and I will have the right to cancel the session. I of course understand unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents. If I am late, I will communicate that with you and your session time will not be affected. Also remember that you may not be the only session that day and I will have a session before or after yours at said location or elsewhere.

POLICY:

Our goal at Yvette Perret Photography is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any unfornseen incident that prevents Yvette Perret Photography from shooting on a scheduled date, the client will get a full refund of the deposit when applicable. No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed when the booking was made.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that all photographs may be viewed by the client on our website prior to purchase, once orders have been sent, Yvette Perret Photography has a strict NO REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed, it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchased an incorrect photo, he/she must notify Yvette Perret

Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect after the buyer has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If a mistake photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, Yvette Perret Photography will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.

Refund/Exchange Policy of Specials and/or Gift Cards:

Policy: Due to the nature of photography, ALL SALES are FINAL All prints and products are subject to your states sales tax and shipping when applicable. Yvette Perret Photography does, of course guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and works with the customers to approve designs and custom work before orders are placed. Payment of orders are due in full when the order is placed. All rates are subject to change at any time. In the interest of fairness to all customers, all rates are non-negotiable, unless booked through a special promotion.

** Again- We have a NO refund policy, all deposit/sales are final. We will happily move your deposit/promotion credit over to a new date if your reschedule request is approved. You may also transfer your deposit or promotion credit to another individual but we will need to be notified asap. **
